it's all about FOOD

ok.. i know this is like my third post today but bear with me... i was feeling super hungry and after watching aliya gobble down her kebab i decided i needed a nice big dose of... TOM YUM soup.. and then i decided that it looks so appetising that it'll be a crime to not show the world what it looks like.. so here it is.....

before

taadaaa....

ok.. anyway.. another thing i suddenly felt like adding.. that probably has nothing to do with food, believe it or not.
so anyway.. today was college photo day! urgh! we had to take formal pictures of us as a whole college at 7am! so anyway.. somehow i managed to drag myself out of bed and get myself somewhat decently acceptable looking (ie.. no haystack for hair) change into a freaking cocktail dress with high heels by 6.55am. then looking out the window it was pitch black! so i stuck my head out of my door and peered around.. and then i got a shock when i realised that adele was doing the same thing as me! so we kind of grinned at each othernand then were like "so is there a photo or not?!" and we hoped it wasn't some kind of prank (as the committee seems to really like to pull) so we decided to wait for rachel and bertha.. we figured if they were up and ready then it was a really happening. after having rachel and bertha confirm that there was a photo shoot thing, we went down one level and waited for the guys... it was hilarious! the 3 guys took longer than any of us girls and they had like problems with their ties and collars and we had to help them out with that.. finally we got down.. stood around and took photos, then changed locations and stood arouns somemore before taking more pictures. we took so long, waiting for the sun to come up etc, that by the time we were done, it was quater to 8, by which time i'm usually leaving for uni.. i dashed upstairs and yanked off my dress chucked some random shirt and shorts on and like ran to maths in order to get my assignment in at 8am sharp! seriously i sprinted and it took me like half the time it usually takes me to get there! so proud of me.. of course i was flat out by the time i got to maths but still.. i rock!
i'm running away now... ta

Hook, Line and Sinker

by the way, a little note.. if you haven;t already noticed, i LOVE coke! haha and to prove it............. that is the amount of coke i've drunk this month!!! how bad is that!! i'm HOOKED!

dumb doesn't even begin to cover it

my stupid internet's wonky! it kind of goes on and off repeatedly.. fingures crossed it'll stay on.. at 7 i'm going to walk to broadway with aliya.. i've had this major craving for captain crunch breakfast cereal for like a week since i had it at rae's. it's so good. for those of you deprived people out there who have never tasted it before (like me up till a week ago), it kind of tastes like honeystars but like way less sickly and way better! it's super!
so anyway here i was waiting for aliya to finish blogging and then i, out of the blue, felt like blogging too!! (hey! that rhymes!)
ok i bet you're wondering why the title right? well.. i was in chem lab today and i found that one of my beakers had a broken spout.. so naturally, i went up to my demonstrator and was going to tell him about the beaker so it wouldn't seem as though i had broken it (which btw, i didn't, break it that is) but somehow along the way, i was casually moving my thumb along the edge of the jagged spout and all of a sudden i'm bleeding... dumb huh? so anyway i go up to my demonstrator and he brings me out of the lab to get a band-aid. on the way we run into martha ( i think that's her name) and she takes charge of me. we end up at some first aid station and the lady there gets me to rinse the cut and the wipe it with an alcohol swab.. finally i get a band-aid. after that martha follows me back to my lab and gets me to fill out this form thing that apparently lets me claim insurance in the case that my "thumb falls off" (her exact words for your info)... so reassuring!! i would show you a picture of it but it's bandaged up right now..
ok.. now skip forward a couple of hours. at dinner eating kebabs, with tobasco sauce, i noticed that my right thumb (the one not bandaged) was stinging. on much closer examination guess what i found!! multiple little cuts on that thumb too!!!
considering one of the major things that seperates us from wild beasts and dogs and cats etc.. is our disposable opposable thumbs, it's kind of sad knowing that currently my thumbs are... not so disposable opposable.. oh well..
ok.. have to go now.. iga closes at 8

so far..

ok. so i feel as if i need to let everyone know a bit more about me. what i like/ don't and all that sort of stuff. but that will take just under a lifetime to write about. so here's the gist of it...

what i love more than anything:

ozzy!!(duh! no question)

favourite book of all time:

twilight series by Stephenie Meyer (seriously, my advice, if you haven't read the book, do so like right now! you have no idea what you're missing! the third book in this series Eclipse, beat out the 7th Harry Potter book and topped US today's number 1 best seller list)

favourite food:

depends on what i feel like eating

schools that have been blessed with my presence:

Methodist Girls' School (1997-2004)

St Mary's Anglican Girls' school (2005-2007)

University of Western Australia (2008-...)

ok.. so anything eventful happen recently that would have been AWESOME to blog about? well obviously! firstly, my wonderful cousin tied the knot in Saba, KK on January the 26th and a day before chinese new year, my uncle and aunt brought home their new adopted baby girl! who is absolutely adorable! she's like at the stage where she's too young to realise what's going on around her so she'll let you pass her around and not make a fuss. so the last couple of times that we have had family dinners all we (ie the coussies) did was keep passing her between up every couple of seconds. and then, after dinner, auntie suh-ting brought her into lesley's room, where lesley, amanda and i were, and we literally like pounced on tally (if you haven't guessed that's her name, well actually it's Talia Hana Sie En).

so anyway, countinuing on, we grabbed just about everything we could get our hands on and shoved it on her. note the eskimo hat and the keychain thingy. haha she's so cute.. poor kid, we really shoul not be allowed within like a meter of her.. oh well.. in a couple of months she won;t let us near her anyway. so we;ll enjoy this passive phase of hers for now.

so anyway i guess that's enough information about me for one day. i have to go and finish my maths assignment, which is due like tomorrow at like 5pm. next time i might go on about my time at smags.

chao for now.

okey dokey...

this is officially like my first entry for this blog so if i ramble on a bit.. well... too bad. hmm. ok so, today i woke up sooo late, like about 10am, and ended up missing all 3 of my lectures in the morning starting at like 8am (sucks huh?).. and then went to watch the other boelyn girl with FAT at innaloo. it was an ok movie, not as intersting as i hoped it would have been. in fact i think that august rush was way better even though critics dubbed it "unbelievable". which is unbelievable as it was an amazing movie. seriously. one critic said that it was too fairy tale-like and that it was totally obviously made up cause no way could a 12year old boy go to julliard and compose and conduct his own piece of music. well for your 411, aliya told me that an 12-year-old girl from singapore, who plays the piano, went to julliard so it ain't that "unbelievable".

well..dinner starts in like about 37minutes and counting. tonight i have some tute group thingy that involves printing our own shirts. sounds like fun eh?

i am seriously dead. i have so much work to catch up on.. i am like a week and one lesson behind on maths, 2 lectures behind on HB1, 3 lectures behind on bio and one lecture behind on chem, and thats not including all my assignments and pre-labs that i have to do. not to worry (trying to be optimistic), i will get it done by tuesday, except maybe maths. at the very least i'll have easter to catch up on work.

ok can;t be bothered writing anything else for now.

i'll cya when i see ya.

You're the most important thing to me now.
The most important thing to me ever.

About three things I was absolutely positive.
First, Edward was a vampire.
Second, there was a part of him that thirsted for my blood.
And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him.
